Seplife® RP LX-16SS products are macroporous polymeric resins for reverse phase chromatography (RPC) and adsorption characterized by strong chemical stability and high rigidity for use in purification and isolation of small molecules such as iodine contrast agents, polyphenols, flavonoids, saponins, etc.
Seplife® RP LX-16SS group of resins are poly-divinylbenzene macroporous spherical beads designed for RP chromatography and adsorption with a uniform particle size distribution, available in three different particle size ranges suitable for the capture, intermediate and polishing purification of small molecules.

Instructions

The Seplife® RP LX-16SS group of resins can be used in chromatographic columns in a packed bed or in batch mode. When using in column packed bed, the resins can withstand pressures up to 30bar for the Seplife® RP LX-16SS(S) and Seplife® RP LX-16SS(M) and up to 20bar for Seplife® RP LX-16SS(L).

Storage

Chromatography resins that are not for immediate use should be stored in 20% ethanol solution at 4-30 °C. Seplife® RP LX-16SS(S) and Seplife® RP LX-16SS(M) are shipped in 20% ethanol and Seplife® RP LX-16SS(L) is shipped in wet form.
