  • Seplife® EMC7225M is a highly cross-linked amino acrylate carrier functionalized with a short spacer (C2). The resin is highly hydrophilic and has a porous structure combined with a very high surface area. It has a particle size range of 100-300 micron.

    Amino resins require pre-activation with glutaraldehyde, and are designed to form very stable covalent linkages with different protein groups (amino, thiol, phenolic) via Schiff base in very mild experimental conditions of pH and temperature.
