Seplife® Au-rA is a recombinant protein A affinity chromatography resin based on highly cross-linked agarose beads used as the matrix. The alkali-resistant recombinant protein A is covalently bound to the matrix; the chromatography media is designed for the affinity purification of mAbs and bispecific antibodies.

Storage

Sealed and stored at 2-8°C (preservation solution is 20% ethanol) in a ventilated, dry and clean place, do not freeze. Used media should be stored at 2-8°C in 20% ethanol solution.
